Overview:
At ESPN+, the video team executes over 50+ animated placements for UFC PPV & UFC Fight Night monthly. These placements include everything from email gifs & linear spots to large-scale billboards in Times square. As Lead motion designer, my task was to oversee the animations from our team as well as come up with an efficient production pipeline/system for every execution while directing animators & editors for each placement.
This includes creating animation toolkits, organization of resources, managing designers & overall problem solving with short turnaround times.
